The Smoke-Free Homes Pledge Program is an initiative of Power of Putnam Partnership for a Safe and Drug-Free Community in collaboration with Highlands Residential Services designed to encourage parents and individuals to keep tobacco smoke out of their home and away from children. It creates an opportunity to encourage families and households to pledge not to smoke inside their home, not permit others to do so, and if they smoke, to only do so outside and away from others. Signing up for the program is easy and requires only registration and the completion of two small surveys throughout the year. For each completed survey, the household will be entered to win a voucher for $100 off their utility bill! Once you complete registration, you will receive a packet in the mail to help make your home smoke-free!
